In order to improve the infrastructure around the campus, we are now conducting public bidding for the construction projects of three floors outside the campus of our school, and units that meet the qualifications and have construction capabilities are welcome to participate in the quotation.

1. Construction location: outside the campus of Xingzhi School

2. Construction content: three site floor pouring, foundation compaction, drainage ditch setting, road tooth displacement, etc

3. Engineering quantity

The first piece: area 728 square meters, concrete thickness 15cm

The second piece: an area of 304 square meters, concrete thickness 15cm

The third piece: area 918 square meters, concrete thickness 10cm

2. Construction requirements

1. Before construction, the foundation of the site must be compacted to ensure that the foundation is dense and flat.

2. The concrete grade is not lower than C25 to ensure that the strength and durability of the floor meet the requirements of use.

3. Set up drainage ditches according to specifications to ensure smooth drainage and no stagnant water.

4. Responsible for relocating the original road teeth to the outside, and installing them firmly and straightly.

5. The construction quality, safety and construction period must comply with relevant national and local norms and standards.

6. The final project quantity and cost shall be calculated according to the actual construction area.

3. Quotation requirements

Interested construction units should submit the comprehensive unit price and total price at one time based on all costs such as construction content, materials, labor, machinery, safe and civilized construction, etc.

4. Bidding deadline

An on-site bidding meeting is scheduled to be held at 14:30 p.m. on March 13, 2026 (Friday) at the Party Member Activity Center of our school.
